Converting Kilograms to Pounds


I went to a hotel in Japan. The hotel had a scale. Below is a picture of the scale and how much I weighed in Kilograms.



In my country, I use the English system and I want to know how many pounds I weighed. So I need to convert kilograms to pounds.

To convert you need to know that 1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds.
Therefore, if I weighed 25 kilograms, I would multiply 25 times 2.2 and learn that I weighed 55 pounds.


I want to know if I gained weight while I was visiting Japan.
Before I left for Japan I weighed 145 pounds.
