OPENING OF MEETING
Call to Order
and Signing of Visitors Register
Mrs. Schuh called the meeting to order and asked members of
the audience to sign the visitors register.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no comments from the public.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. Motion to Recess Open Meeting and Hold an
Executive Session
Mrs. Schuh announced that the Board would recess open meeting and hold an executive session for:
A.
Consideration
and Determination of Appeal of Long-term Suspension Hearing Officer's Decision,
Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843(A);
B. Consideration and Decision Upon Expulsion Hearing Officer's Recommendation, Pursuant to A.R.S. §15-843(F)(2).
A motion was made by Mr. Prout, seconded by Ms. Young Wright and passed unanimously, that the Board recess into executive session. The time was 5:07 p.m.
OPEN SESSION
Reconvening of Meeting
Following the executive session, Mrs. Schuh reconvened the
meeting at 6:28 p.m.
There were no requests for future agenda items.
There were no public comments.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mr. Prout, seconded by Ms. Young Wright
and passed unanimously, that the meeting be adjourned. The time was 6:30 p.m.
