OPENING OF MEETING
Call to Order
and Signing of Visitors Register
Ms. Young Wright called the meeting to order and asked members of the audience to sign the visitors register.

There were no public comments.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. Motion to Recess Open Meeting and
Hold an Executive Session
Ms. Young Wright announced that an executive session would be held for
the following purpose:
A. Discussion
and Consultation with Representatives of the Governing Board Regarding
Negotiations with Employee Organizations Regarding Salaries, Salary Schedules,
or Compensation Paid in the Form of Fringe Benefits of Classified, Certificated
and Administrative Employees, Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(5).
A motion was made by Dr. Barrabee, seconded by Mr. Prout and passed unanimously, to convene into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(5). The time was 5:31 p.m.
OPEN SESSION
Reconvening of Meeting
Following the executive session, Ms. Young Wright reconvened
the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
Mr. Prout: Report on students vandalizing another school.
There were no public comments.
A motion was made by Dr. Barrabee, seconded by Mrs. Schuh and
passed unanimously, that the meeting be adjourned. The time was 6:58 p.m.
