April 25, 2012: The Policy Meet and Confer Teams met on 4/25/2012 to finalize their work. Consensus was reached on a number of policies. Policies will be discussed with both the Governing Board and the Amphi EA Executive Board and will be posted on the district web site.
March 14, 2012: The compensation Meet and Confer Teams met on March 14th. An agreement was reached regarding a compensation package for the 2012/2013 school year. The teams will be sharing the specific details with the staff and Governing Board in the very near future. The proposed agreement will be posted on the web page for review. March 8, 2012: The Compensation Meet and Confer Teams met on March 8, 2012 and began developing a potential package. The teams will meet again next week to conclude their work.
March 7, 2012: The Meet and Confer Compensation teams met on March 7, 2012 with the district Chief Financial Officer to better understand the district finances. We are now exploring options for a compensation package based upon our shared interests. We will meet again on March 8, 2012.
February 28, 2012: The compensation Meet and Confer Teams met on February 28, 2012 to develop common beliefs and values that will be used in future conversations to guide the development of a compensation package recommendation. The next meetings are scheduled for March 7 and 8, 2012.
February 15, 2012: The compensation Meet and Confer Teams met on February 15th, 2012, and reviewed the financial, political, and social climate and how they relate to compensation and benefits. The Teams will meet again on February 28, 2012.
January 9, 2012: The Meet and Confer Policy Teams continued discussions regarding any policy changes. The Teams will meet again on January 26, 2012.
January 4, 2012: The Policy Meet and Confer Teams concluded their work in several policies and will meet again on January 9th to continue their work.
