Students research a world religion that is assigned to them randomly using the Internet and other sources. Upon completion of their research, presentations are made to the class, informing the class about their topic. Each student also writes an essay and presents a formal speech comparing the beliefs and origins of the assigned religion with their own religious or philosophical beliefs.
