| A consent agenda format is used for many routine matters. Items listed under this heading will be grouped for consideration and voted on with one motion. At least twenty-four hours before a Board meeting, a public notice and the agenda for every Governing Board meeting are posted at the district offices located at 701 W. Wetmore Road, Tucson, AZ, 85704. Notices and agendas are displayed in a glass wall case located in the approximate center of the building, on the north wall of the facility. The public notice and agenda for every Governing Board meeting are also available on the district's website: www.amphi.com. A schedule of all projected Governing Board meetings is also posted. If an unforeseen circumstance should necessitate changing the schedule, the new date(s) and time(s) will be indicated on the notice for the affected meeting(s). Unless a Board member requests otherwise, there will not be separate discussion of these items. However, if such a request is made, the item will be taken from the consent agenda and considered separately. |
