| Governing Board Meetings |

Regular meetings of the Governing Board are scheduled on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. The meetings are generally held at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the Governing Board Room at Wetmore Center, 701 W. Wetmore. The regular meeting schedule may be adjusted due to holidays or special school events. |

At least twenty-four hours before a Board meeting, a public notice and the agenda for every Governing Board are posted at the district offices located at 701 W. Wetmore Road, Tucson, AZ, 85705. Notices and agendas are displayed in a glass wall case located in the approximate center of the building, on the north wall of the facility. The public notice and agenda for every Governing Board meeting are also available on the district's website: www.amphi.com. A schedule of all projected Governing Board meetings is also posted. If an unforeseen circumstance should necessitate changing the schedule, the new date(s) and time(s) will be indicated on the notice for the affected meeting(s). |

Board meetings shall be open to the public and to the press except for executive sessions, which are closed to the public or media. |

Under Arizona law, the Board may call an executive session to discuss personnel matters, the purchase or lease of real property, negotiations with employee organizations, and consultation for legal advice with legal counsel. |
