| Governing Board Meetings |

Regular meetings of the Governing Board are generally scheduled on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. Generally, the meetings commence at approximately 6:30 p.m. in the Governing Board Room at Wetmore Center, 701 W. Wetmore. The regular meeting schedule may be adjusted due to holidays or special school events. |

At least twenty-four hours before a Board meeting, a public notice and the agenda are posted at the District Offices located at 701 W. Wetmore Road, Tucson, AZ, 85705. Notices and agendas are displayed in a glass display case located in the approximate center of the building, on the north wall of the facility. A Governing Board meeting schedule is also posted. If an unforeseen circumstance should necessitate changing the schedule, the new date(s) and time(s) will be indicated on the notice for the affected meeting(s). The public notices and agendas for every Governing Board meeting are also available on the district's website: www.amphi.com. |

Board meetings shall be open to the public and to the press except for executive sessions, which are closed to the public or media. |

Under Arizona law, the Board may call an executive session to discuss personnel matters, the purchase or lease of real property, negotiations with employee organizations, and consultation for legal advice with legal counsel. |
