| Performance Pay Plan |
The purpose of this document is to guide the implementation of Performance-based Compensation as a result of Proposition 301. This document describes the development and implementation of site-based programs. The programs will be designed to target student achievement and to provide teachers with professional development in support of student achievement goals. Participation will be optional and made available to all employees who meet the statutory requirements. Although the program will focus at the site-level, compensation, consistency, accountability, and conformity with statutory requirements will occur at the district level. |
