1. Select a school site or program.

2. Select the volunteer opportunity (s) you are interested in.

3. Complete a Volunteer Information Form.

4. Contact the Debbie Ahumada for assistance with fingerprinting.

5. What to bring:
- Completed Volunteer Information Form (English Form) or Volunteer Information Form (Spanish Form)
- Driver's license or other picture identification
- A desire to help Amphitheater students

6. Placement process: Approximately three weeks from fingerprinting you will
be contacted to set up a start date.
