Pirates Perform with Pride, Precision and Panache.
This was a busy weeking for Pirate Teams this weekend.
Math Counts after coming in 3rd against 150 students at the Southern Arizona MathCounts Regionals on February 2 were invited to participate in the State competition on March 3.
MESA faced its first round of competition Saturday, at the MESA Regional Competition. The MESA team swept the meet, pulling off 4 1st places in Trebuchet, Solar Water Still, Toothpick Tower and the Overall Competition. Next is MESA's state competition on April 5.
Professional Development for Thursday, Feb 28.(This will be moving the week of March 3 to Info for Teacher Site.)

3rd Quarter All Sports Schedule
School Hours
This year Thursdays will once again, be our Early Out/Teacher Training Days.
The first bell rings at 7:50 Monday through Friday.
Monday through Wednesday and Fridays school will be over at 3:16 p.m.
Early Out/Teacher Training Days school will be over at 1:00 (Bus pick up will be approx. 1:20 p.m.)
Main Office Hours
Office hours are 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Students may not be on campus before 7:00 a.m. due to security and safety reasons. Students must have a pass to be in the office during class time or breaks. Students will find the administrators, counselor, nurse, school resource officer, and clerical staff in the main office.
Closed Campus Policy
Students may not leave campus during school hours for any reason unless a parent or designee comes to the school and signs the student out with the attendance officer.
Student may not leave campus and then return for a school-sponsored activity, to ride the bus home, or for any other reason without special permission (except for an emergency).
