For Outside Line
Pick up your phone handset (or press your extension button for hands free), and press 9.
For a District Line
Pick up your phone handset (or press your extension button for hands free), and press the last four digits of phone number.
The AMS Intercom
1. Intercom is hands free.
2. Press the 2 digit number from list
3. Talk, person can answer without picking up handset
4. Pick up handset for privacy
5. If Intercom rings, line is busy
