Making Voicemail Groups
You can have up to 9 different groups on our voicemail system.

To create a Group or Distribution List, connect to the voicemail system with your password. (I find it easier to have my list typed up with names, numbers, and what Group number I'm going to assign, before beginning. I also add myself to every list, just so I know the message went out and that the message made sense.)

Press 8 5

Enter a number between 1 and 9 (this is the ientifying number of the group). Press the # key.

Press 5 to create the list.

Type in the mailbox number followed by the # key for each person in the group.

(To delete the last entry press 0 followed by the # key)

When the list is complete press the # key.

To Use the List
Connect to the voicemail system with your password.

Press 75 to compose a message.

When it asks you to enter the mailbox, you will enter the distribution number followed by the # key. Enter additional mailboxes if any.

Press the # key.

Press 5 to record the message

Press # to end the message.

Press 79 to send the message.
