Registration Times:
7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Parent(s) or guardian(s) and student(s) must be present for registration.
To Register at Amphi Middle School you need to bring:
1) Proof of address within our attendance boundaries, such as a copy of current utility bill, rent receipt or lease, (checks, mail or driver's license are not acceptable)
and
withdrawal paperwork from last school.
If you are NEW to AMS you will also need to bring:
2) Birth Certificate
3) Immunizations
4) Name and Address of previous school
Our attendance boundaries are:
South of Orange Grove
West of Campbell Avenue (odd numbers)
North of Grant Road
East of Oracle from Orange Grove to Wetmore and East of Stone from Wetmore to Grant Road (even numbers)
Our "feeder" elementary schools are: F. O. Holaway Elementary, Helen Keeling Elementary, Prince Elementary (part), Rio Vista Elementary School (part)
(part=according to address or boundaries.)
Our students, upon promotion, attend Amphitheater High School, at 125 West Yavapai Road 85705, (520) 696-5340.
