Registration Times: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
The office will be closed every day from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
6th Grade - July 14-16, 2009
7th Grade - July 20-21, 2009
8th Grade - July 22-23, 2009
No registation on July 17th and July 24th
Make-up Registration dates- July 27-30, 2009
Parents and Student(s) must be present for Registration.

Students need a physical every year, for participation in after school sports. Information will be available in your registration packet or you may stop by the AMS Office.
If you received a letter regarding missing PE uniforms, locks, library or textbooks, these must be returned or paid for before or during registration.
Los estudiantes necesitan un físico cada año, para poder participar en deportes escolares después de la escuela. Información está disponible en el paquete de inscripción o puedes llegar a la oficina de AMS a recoger uno.
Si recibiste una carta en cuanto las siguientes cosas desaparecidas: uniformes de educación física, candados, libros de texto o de la biblioteca, se deben de entregar o pagar por estos antes o durante la inscripción. |

Registration Packets went home with the students this year. If your student did not bring this home, please stop by the office to pick one up. Please fill out the packet and turn it in by June 18th, 2009. If the packet is turned in, we will have a schedule prepared for your student at Registration.
If the packet is not turned in by June 18th, your student will not recieve their schedule the day of registration. They will have to return the following day to complete the registration process.

7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
Este año los Paquetes de Inscripción fueron enviados a la casa con los estudiantes. Si su estudiante no trajo este paquete a la casa, por favor venga a la oficina a recoger uno. Por favor llene el paquete y entregalo para el 18 de junio de 2009.
Si no se entrega el paquete para el 18 de junio, su estudiante no recibira su horario en el día de inscripción. Tendran que regresar el día siguiente para completar el proceso de inscripción.

New Immunization Requirements
Requisitos Nuevos de Inmunización
Sixth Grade:
Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis)
(Sexto Grado):
(Tétano, Difteria y Tos Ferina)
Seventh Grade:
Proof of Varicella Vaccine is required if there is no history of Chicken Pox.
Septimo Grado:
Se requiere prueba de la Vacuna Varicela si no hay historia de viruela.
If you are a returning student, please bring:
1) Proof of Residency (a current month’s electric/gas bill or your lease agreement, etc). If you do not have the required residency information, please bring in a notarized document stating who you live with and their current billing information.
2)Immunization Record
Si eres un estudiante que regresa a la escuela, por favor traiga lo siguiente:
1) Comprobante de Domicilio (un recibo reciente de electricidad/gas o contrato de alquiler, etc). Si no tiene la información necesaria de domicilio, por favor traiga un documento notariado confirmando con quien vive y un recibo reciente de utilidades de su domicilio.

If you are new to Amphi Middle School you need to bring:

Our attendance boundaries are:

West of Campbell Avenue (odd numbers)
North of Grant Road
East of Oracle from Orange Grove to Wetmore and East of Stone from Wetmore to Grant Road (even numbers)

This year Thursdays will once again, be our Early Out/Teacher Training Days. This includes, Thursday, August 6, 2009, the first day of school; dismissal time will be approx. 1:55 p.m.
The first bell rings at 8:05 Monday through Friday.
Monday through Wednesday and Fridays school will be over at 3:30 p.m.
Early Out/Teacher Training Days school will be over at 1:55 (Bus pick up will be approx. 2:15 p.m.)
De nuevo este año los jueves seran Salida Temprana/Días de Entrenamiento para los Maestros.
Esto incluye, jueves, 6 de agosto de 2009, el primer día de la escuela; la hora de despedida sera aproximadamente a la 1:55 p.m.
La primera campana suena a las 8:05 a.m. lunes a viernes.
De lunes a miercoles y viernes la escuela terminará a las 3:30 p.m.
Salida Temprana/Días de Entrenamiento para los Maestros la escuela terminará a la 1:55 p.m. (el autobús los recogera aproximadamente a las 2:15 p.m.)
