
The courses offered in this department are aligned with the Arizona Career and Technology Education model for Family and Consumer Sciences programs. Three main programs are offered: Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Professions and Hospitality. Seniors may also enroll in the FACS Education Cooperative Education On-the-Job training component. FCCLA-Culinary Arts and FCCLA-Early Childhood (Family, Careers and Community Leaders of America) are active clubs available to all students enrolled in Family and Consumer Sciences classes. They provide students with opportunities to put into practice much of what they learn in class.
