Registration Information
Welcome to all Parents and Students new or returning to Coronado K-8 School. We are pleased you have chosen to be part of our school community.
To simplify the registration process, we have made available to parents an online version of the registration packet. Printed versions are available in the Coronado Office
In addition to the completed forms, the following documentation is required and must be submitted at the time of enrollment for your child’s registration to be considered valid in the Amphitheater School District.
Returning Students

Residency Documentation (mandatory to register). The document must include parent/guardian name and address.

New or updated custody documents (if applicable). Copies of these documents must be on file if we are to follow the written directives.

Health/Emergency Card, to be completed in Health Office during Final Registration this summer.
Parents/Guardians of incoming Painted Sky students should fill out the registration forms/packet for "Returning Students" and return it to the Painted Sky Registrar.
New and Kindergarten Students

Original Certified copy of the Birth Certificate

Current Immunization record

Parent/Guardian proof of identification (driver’s license, state picture ID, or passport)

Please return all registration forms by April 15th. Be sure to attach a copy of ONE of the documents listed on the Residency Form.

Free and Reduced Federal Lunch Program
Your Children may qualify for Free or Reduced priced meals under the 2012-2013 Federal Eligibility Income Chart. (School Year 2013-14 Applications available summer 2013)
