Registration Information:
In order to register your child, we will need the following documents:
Original Birth Certificate
Current Immunizations
Proof of Residence:(Rental Agreement or current utility bill with name and address)
If your child will be absent for any reason, you must call our school office. Our answering machine is on from 3:30 p.m. until 7:30 a.m. for your convenience. Please leave your child's first and last name, the grade, and the reason for their absence.
Please feel free to contact your child's teacher regarding homework. Teachers check their voice mail daily at 1:30 p.m. and will usually bring homework up to the front office at 2:30 p.m. for parent pick up. |
