To enroll a child in the program, the parent or guardian may go to the P.A.L. site here at Harelson Elementary School and get registration forms and the Emergency Blue Card. (If the child has been in the program, a Renewal Registration form may be completed.) All the proper forms and blue card must be completed fully and may be returned to the P.A.L. site along with the immunization record if the child is new to the program. A P.A.L. staff will check the registration forms and collect the registration fee. Upon payment of the registration fee and completion of all the proper forms, the child is enrolled in the program.
