What is "School-wide PBS" ?
|
School-wide Positive Behavioral Supports systems includes practical strategies for achieving important social and learning outcomes while preventing problem behavior with all students to create a positive school environment. Positive behavior support is implemented in all areas including the classroom and nonclassroom settings (such as playground, hallways, restrooms).
Holaway's PBS System is based upon the four R's, "Readiness, Responsibility, Respect, and Resilience" . Holaway students are recognized when they are caught doing the right thing and are then given a Coyote Coupon!
