If you would like to register your child for Lulu Walker Elementary School, please bring in the following information:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunizations
  • Name and address of previous school
  • Proof of address within our attendance boundaries, such as a copy of current utility bill, rent receipt or lease.


(Checks, mail or driver's license are not acceptable).
