Second Graders visit the Arizona Science Center

The second graders took a field trip to the Arizona Science Center. The students boarded coach buses early in the morning, arriving at the Science Center around 10 A.M. Our volunteers helped the students to see all the interesting and educational exhibits. One of the favorite activities was the planetarium show.
A demonstration about nitrogen

At the Science Center the 2nd graders had an opportunity for a special demonstration about nitrogen. Students got a chance to participate during this exciting activity.

Aloha Nash

Students were sent home with "Play School at Home" bags filled with reading and math materials to keep them busy during the hot summer months. Our dedicated friends at St. Marks spent many hours sewing these bags for our students. Everyone is looking forward to seeing the new changes taking place at Nash over the summer.
