Along with the registration packet, the following are required in order to register a new student or a kindergarten student:
• Original Certified copy of Birth Certificate
• Current Immunization records
• Parents’ Driver’s License
• Proof of Residency – gas, water or electric bill (purchase, lease or rental agreement will be accepted however a utility bill must be brought in within 30 days).
• CUSTODY ISSUES: If there are any issues (custody/restraining orders) we need to be aware of, please include this with your registration. Without the documents on file at the school, we will be unable to enforce any custody issues.

All Day Kindergarten:
~ $400 Registration (Due no later than 5/17/13)
~ $450 1st Sememster (Due no later than 8/2/13)
~ $450 2nd Sememster (Due no later than 12/9/13)
***All payments are non-refundable***
$100 Late fee if deadline not met for either semester.
No Proration for late registration
