Officer Wendy Davis is Painted Sky’s new School Resource Officer. Officer Davis has been a police officer for over fourteen years. She served as a K-9 police officer in the United States Air Force (1993-1998). She then joined the Oro Valley Police Department and transferred into the Active Reserves. Officer Davis was recalled to active military duty after 9/11 and served another year and a half on active duty in the Air Force. Shortly after returning to the Oro Valley Police Department Officer Davis became the Bailiff for the Oro Valley Magistrate Court. She grew up in the White Mountains of Arizona. The Air Force brought her to the Tucson area in 1997 and she has been here ever since. Officer Davis is married and the proud parent of two wonderful children. |
