The Wilson PTO is important, dedicated, extremely active, school-wide, and makes a positive difference in our children's educational experience. As parents, we are motivated, tremendously involved, and have high expectations. We make things happen!

Working together, the Wilson Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) seeks to build and support a premier educational environment. We do this by raising and dispersing funds; communicating with the school, parents, and our surrounding community; and demonstrating civic leadership.

Please see the Calendar of School Events (located under Calendar) for dates of various events throughout the year. The PTO Parent Welcome Letter (under Notes Home) provides descriptions of the events.

Each event, program, and service has a chairperson. Each chairperson counts on many others to help them with the task at hand. Feel free to contact a chairperson directly. A current Chairpersons' Directory is located under Notes Home.

Our first school-wide event is the "Western Roundup and Chili Cook-off". For details on the event as well as how to help, see the flyer under Notes Home.

Our largest school-wide event is the Spring Festival held in April. Mark your calendar.

The PTO's only fundraiser is "Fill the Boot". We ask Wilson families to make a flat donation. Envelopes were distributed on the first day of school and are available in the front office. You may also contribute via PayPal. The PayPal button is located at the bottom of the Wilson Home Page. The Fill the Boot campaign concludes at the Western Roundup and Chili Cook-off.

Please feel WELCOME to attend any and all of the General PTO meetings. There will be meetings in Sept., Nov., Jan., and March at 7:00 p.m. in the school library. See the Calendar of School Events for exact dates.

The PTO Board meets once a month.

The PTO cannot thank everyone enough for all your time and financial contributions. You are what enable us to achieve our mission and goals. We are looking forward to another successful year.
