"Welcome"
to all of you who may be "new" to
our "Electronic Notes Home." It is our
main form of communication at Wilson and will be sent
out once, at the end of each week. On
the right hand side is an abbreviated
calendar. For the "FULL" school calendar, be sure
to click the link which takes you
to the school website.

Administration would like you to know
... |
We
will post elementary class lists on the office window on
Friday, July 31st after 4:00pm. Middle school
students will be picking up their class schedules on
July 28th and 29th. Then on Monday, Aug. 3rd from
2:00 to 3:30pm we wiould like to invite you all to a
"Back to School Open House." Teachers will be in
their classrooms for your visit. A caferteria
representative will be there so you can purchase lunch
tickets. The PTO will have several booths set up
including a "Pre-Paid School Supply" booth, Welcome
Table, and a "Wrangler Store" Booth. A
representative from the Transportation Dept. will be
here to help find your students' bus information.
Bus schedules will be posted in the front office window
(they can also be viewed at the Amphi website (www.amphi.com);
click on Transportation and follow the prompts).
School Administrators will be here also to answer
questions and give directions.
Please mark your calendars now with the
back-to-school dates listed on the right hand side of
this email.
We are looking forward to another great year.
Remember, school starts Thursday, Aug. 6th at 8:00am for
elementary students and 8:20am for middle school
students. If your student is going to miss
the first day or two of school, please notify the
office (696-5800 ext 1) so we don't delete the student
from our
rolls. | |

| Open House - Notice the time
change! |

Open House is on Monday, August 3rd, from
2pm-3:30pm.
This is a great time to bring your child, meet
their teacher, find their room(s), desk, bring in and
or, pick up school supplies! Reminder, that with
regards to school supplies, things such as the boxes of
kleenex, glue sticks, pencils, paper filler, and such,
go to your main teacher (Elem.) and or your AFT Teacher
(Middle School).

| PTO is Hosting a "New
Family Welcome & Orientation" |
|
On Sunday, Aug 16th,
4pm-5pm, in the Wilson Library, "parents" will be
"helping parents" with a very casual and intimate
welcome to Wilson. Ask questions, get a feel for
being a Wilson Parent. Additionally, a casual
"Tour" of the campus will be given. This is very
helpful to first time families and we encourage you
to take advantage of it! If you are going to
attend, PLEASE RSVP by calling,
696-5914, and letting us know your name and if you have
children in Elem or Middle School, or
both! |

Supplies ... |
The following is a list of families (by
parent name) who pre-ordered, and PAID FOR
school supplies. These supplies can be picked up
at Registration days and Open House Day. After
that time, they will be delievered to your child's
teacher. If you don't see your name on this list,
then we either did not receive the order, or the order
was received without payment. Payment was
mandatory with the order. If you have any
questions, please email ptowilsonwranglers@gmail.com.
