TEAM work, being self-disciplined learners who are dependable teammates. Our journey to China included Catch the Dragon, Throwing the Square, Chinese Ball Game, Acrobatics, Yo-yos, Spinning Tops, and Stilts.

GOOD SPORT KIDS
This week in K - 1 PE
This week we practiced our Good Sport ideas of Trying our BEST, being a Positive Example, and Listening the first time. We played games such as: Brown Bear Brown Bear, Animal Adventure, and Crabball Kickover.
K-1st Grade Review Questions

Grading for K - 1 PE
K - 1st Grade Students are working on a 5 point system. Each day during PE classes, we are looking for students who:
1. Wear Tennis Shoes and clothes appropriate to play in
2. Listen and Follow directions
3. Demonstrate SAFETY (with self and others)
4. Play Fair
5. Good Sport Helping
Developmental skills will be observed and each student will be rated one time per quarter and this is averaged into the grade.

MILER'S CLUB - reaches 45,000 MILES!
Miler's Club Fee Form
We are currently collected a $1 Miler's Club fee from each 3rd -5th grade student participant! This will help us maintain Miler's Club as a tax credit eligible club. Thanks for getting your dollars in by March 1st!! Miler's continues on Tuesday and Thursday mornings before school (8:10-8:40). We continue to need parent help for course set up, course take-down, stamp station, and sorting student cards. Give Mrs. Paulson a call (696-3845) or drop her an email and say "I'll help!" Thanks.
