| Arrow and Zelda |
|
Arrow and Zelda my two parakeets are happy because they’re mates. Birds are usually not happy alone. That’s why I bought two parakeets.
Arrow and Zelda are friends. When I got them at Pets Mart I thought they were a couple, and I right. I asked some one to help me get them out of the cage so I could by them. She had some trouble but she managed to get them out.
When my mom, dad and I got home my dad, and I set up the cage. Then Arrow and Zelda started whistling. I knew they were happy and mad at the same time because of their attitude in the whistling.
When I take the girl out the boy starts whistling,” Get in here.” The girl doesn’t go inside the cage. Instead she goes on my shoulder, the boy goes on my finger.
My birds are hardly resistible. They remind you to feed them. They love to be petted. The boy is blue, the girl is green.

| Smokey |
|
Smokey is my dog. She is a blue heeler. Smokey is very playful, she can be mean to animals. But, it’s cute when she begs for stuff.
Smokey has an attitude. She barks at the birds. Smokey barks and runs after cats. She dose the same with rabbits as she does cats.
Smokey is very playful. Her two favorite games are the flashlight and the tennis balls. She chases anything round even light.
Now begging is her all-star thing. Smokey looks up at you her cute eyes when she wants something.
Smokey is a fun dog. Except when she has her attitude on. She likes to play her games, but she is not always nice to other animals. Overall, she is a great pet.

| Joey |

My one year old German Shepard dog Joey is a regular handful. He has beautiful eyes, and fuzzy bear like fur. Even though he steals my pillow at night, I still love him. The second I saw Joey I wanted to take him home with me! Joey is a wonderful dog!
Joey has beautiful eyes with a gold ring of fur around his eye. And he has a gold ring on the inside of his eye. Joey with his beautiful eyes makes him look strong and wise. If I take Joey to Pet Smart, everyone says that his eyes are beautiful. My dog’s eyes are sooo pretty!
Joe-bear is Joey’s nickname. He got that nick name from my dad because Joey does look like a bear. And I think that he got his nickname Joe-bear because of his bear like fur. Joey’s fuzzy bear like fur makes people think that he Joey is not a pure German Shepard, but he is. Joey’s fur is so fuzzy and soft!
My dog always likes to steal my pillow at night. He always comes from the bottom of my bed and just lies right on my pillow! Sometimes I think that he thinks he owns the bed. Oh, and when he steals my pillow, it always makes me wake up in the morning to a bad neck pain.
Now you know about my wonderful dog Joey with his beautiful eyes, his bear like fur and his, habit of stealing my pillow. My German Shepard is a very small German Shepard because he is 1 year old and only weighs 23 pounds! Well, I hope you liked my great dog Joey!

| Rusty |

The first dog my grandparents got was a Golden Retriever named Rusty. The second dog my grandparents got was Sandy; she is half Chow and half Golden Retriver. They are the best dogs in the world.
When I pet Rusty, Sandy will pounce on her. Rusty can catch balls in the air. Rusty is the best dog in the world. Rusty is cute because she looks golden.
Sandy is good at chasing tennis balls. She loves tennis balls. Sandy is younger than Rusty. Sandy is cute because she looks like gold sand.
They are the best dogs in the world. I love them both. My grandpa and I saved the dogs lives. We saved Rusty from the Humane Society.
I think that they are cool, cute and great. They are smart. But most of all they are the best dogs in the world.

| Billy |

My dog Billy is the best dog I ever had. But Billy is really funny because he dances and chases his tail. Billy is usually happy but sometimes-sad. I got Billy from a friend of mine. Billy is a fun dog because he plays with me and he is also silly.
My dog Billy is the greatest dog I ever had. He is also the funniest dog. Billy really likes to have lots attention. He can dance some by standing on his back legs and walking around in a circle. Billy’s behavior is usually happy. When he is happy he dances. But he is sometimes sad. He likes to have lots of attention.
My dog Billy is fun because he plays chase with me. Billy’s favorite game is chase. How he plays chase with me is if I run he chases.
Billy is 5 years old. He is a little dog and he is really funny. Billy likes to have lots of attention.Billy’s favorite game is chase. Billy is the best dog ever.

| Shadow |
|
Shadow is the funniest dog I ever met. Shadow likes to do the to the tongue, sleep funny, and sits when you look at her. But the funniest thing is when Shadow will run very fast then runs straight. Then she will sit there for a couple of seconds then do it again. I would get a headache if I did that.
Shadow likes to stick her tongue out. Not because she is panting just for fun. She hangs it out a little. She will do this for over three hours. She also sleeps funny. She will lie on her back and move her legs back and forth like she is running. It is hard not to laugh out loud.
Shadow is very weird. For example she eats rocks. What is also very weird is she will run very fast then run into furniture. She runs into our new couch, which my mom hates since it is leather. She even runs into the cathouse when it is turned. When Shadow runs into furniture she will sit there for a couple of seconds then do it again.
Shadow is in training so every time you look at her she sits. Also, every time she sees food she will sit waiting for a treat. Unfortunately for her she does not get a treat for that. She also growls at the dumbest things. Onetime she growled at the couch when we were not even sitting on it.
In all, Shadow is the weirdest dog I ever met because she does the tongue, sleeps funny, runs into furniture, sits every time I look at her, and growls at the dumbest things (like a couch). Is your pet funny at all? Can your dog do anything my dog can do?

| Duke |

This story is all about Duke. You will learn a whole lot of interesting facts about duke, like how I got duke for free and how he’s special.
I got duke for free because my old dog Junior died. My pre kindergarten teacher felt bad when I told her. It just happened that she was giving duke away.
When I got him, I knew right away that he would be the most perfect pet. He was sad at. First but once we got to now each other we became good friends.
My dog is very lucky because when duke was born he had a disease. My pre kindergarten teacher nursed him back to health.
Now Duke is old and has arthritis in his back. I’ll never forget how my teacher gave him to me after nursing him back to health. Duke is a very friendly pet. I wouldn’t give Duke away for anything.

| Chipolte |

My dog, Chipolte is a spunky dog. We adopted him about a year and a half ago at Pima County Animal Control. He is a surfer pup and cute, too. We enjoy his company. He is the perfect dog for us.
The day I took a look at Chipo, I felt in love with him. We got him at Pima County Animal Control when he was four months old. When we saw him, he was whinning for us. He was then put in a cage where pets went if they were going to be adopted. I couldn’t wait until I got my new puppy dog.
You would die to pet Chipo.He is the cutest! He has small, black, soft, shar-pai ears and a fuzzy, curly tail. And you can’t forget his purple blue tongue! Also, his bark is like a coyote howl.
Last but not least, Chipo is a complete surfer pup! When we visit the ocean he’s in. He even swims out like an otter, until his head is under the water. After, he gets out of the water he rolls in the sand! It is also funny to see him go to the bathroom, too.
In conclusion, you now know Chipo is a dream dog! He’s a surfer pup and cute, too. We got him at Pima County Animal Control, and he is sure glad. He has a good home and family. I would never ever trade him.

| Brandy |

My dog Brandy is a fun loving character. When I got him at the Humane Society, I knew he was for me. He looks like many things and is very annoying for what he does, but I still love him and would not trade him for anything in the entire world!
The day I adopted Brandy, I was very happy! He was chewing on toys and other things I didn’t even know of. They had to neuter him so I didn’t get to take him home right then and there. Brandy was three months old and was so cute. I just knew he would be my dog.
Many people ask me if I have a wolf, because Brandy sure looks and acts like one. He is brown and white and loves the out doors. Brandy is one of the biggest dogs in the neighborhood, so I guess no one can resist looking at him.
My couch that was once new is now ripped up. Brandy chews on my flip-flops, and sleeps in my bed instead of his. So, once I just slept on a chair because he kicks in his sleep. But to know Brandy is to love him.
My dog Brandy is a good little dog. At first I was afraid to know what he would do, like hurt me or be mean to the neighbors. But he has been great so far and I will always love Brandy because he is just like a family to me.
