Your children deserve quality elementary physical education! Quality meaning to be taught by a certified Physical Education Instructor. Always remember this: "Physical Education is not a frill, it is a NECESSITY" for your child's development! Who is Miss Wheaton? I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1984 with a Bachelor's of Science in Education. My first teaching assignment began in the fall of 1984 at Tucson Country Day School, a private K-3 school. I then worked for three years in the Round Valley Unified School District located in Eager, Arizona. This was also a K-3 school. In 1989 I was hired by the Amphitheater School District. Mesa Verde Elementary has been my home school ever since.
