Welcome to Mrs. Green's Web Page
Welcome to 8th grade social studies!

This year, we will be studying United States government and basic economics the first semester and second semester will cover modern United States history from the Great Depression to modern times.

Here are some general guidelines to be successful in class:

1. Students need to be prepared each day with their completed assignments. Each Monday my webpage and homework hotline will be updated with the assignments for the week. In this, I will include some studying tips for upcoming exams, key vocabulary, and learning goals. I will also upload the students’ current grade every Friday.
2. Students need to be on time and come with the needed materials. Daily attendance is critical for student success and achievement.
3. Students need to have a positive attitude!
