| | Welcome to an exciting 1st Grade experience. I believe that what happens in our classroom is very important to the success of your child. This year we will be building on our Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies skills. I believe in your children, and we are going to have an outstanding 2007 - 2008 school year.
I will do my best to support and challenge the children to meet their individual needs, and bring them as far as they can reach this school year.

| I am originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University. I taught for 2 years in Detroit and decided to continue my experiences in a different part of the country. I moved to Yuma, AZ. 4 years ago and taught in Somerton. I have taught Kinder, 1st, 6th, and Music. I had the honor of winning Teacher of the Year for Specialists in the Yuma Tri-County area for the 2005/06 school year. |
