The University of Arizona Biology Project: This site has some terrific problem sets and tutorials in a wide range of areas.

BrainPOP: This site has cool learning exercises & tutorials on a large range of subjects. The difficulty level on this site is low, so it is accessible by a wide range of students.

BBC Biology Animations: This site has animations of a wide variety of topics.

John Kyrk's Photosynthesis Site: This site has an interactive graphical tutorial that covers the light and dark reactions of photosynthesis.

BecomingHuman.org: This site is centered around a terrific documentary on human evolution.

zeroBio: A biology game site! The games on this site are more like super interactive quizzes - like the author says, don't expect Quake - but hopefully you will find them fun :) Games include:

BioSaga: This is a downloadable Biology game, that deals with viruses and infection. I have NOT downloaded this and played it [yet] myself. If you try this - please let me know how it is!

Life of A Cell: This URL was sent to me by the parent of one of my students. This site uses amazing animated video to capture the life of a cell. Unfortunately it does not label exactly what is going on, so it may be difficult to follow, but it is worth a look.
