“I am a Super Hero!”
You have just
found out that you were really born a super hero—but no one told you until now!
The Super Hero Federation just contacted you and told you. Wow! You have always
wondered why sometimes you felt so weird—and now you know!!
The only problem
is, they didn’t tell you what your super powers are.
This is all they told you:
§
You
were born a super hero but your powers couldn’t be used until you were in
middle school.
§
Your
super “powers” are good powers and used for helping people.
§
You
have at least one super strength
or ability (flying, vision,
hearing…something like that…)
§
You
have at least one technology super
power.
YOU get to decide what your powers are! J
You could pick a real
problem in the world that your Super Power helps solve.
Once you decide,
you will create your Super Hero Self-Portrait in Paint.
Your SHSP (Super Hero Self-Portrait) should include:
1.
What
you look like (if you have a “before” and “after” look, you can include that).
2.
Your
costume. (All good super heroes have some kind of costume).
3.
Evidence
of your powers.
Create a second
picture in paint so you can put yourself in a “background.”
1.
Copy
your SHSP and paste it in a new paint window.
2.
Other
things around you (a background, a city, other people…whatever fits with you as
the Super Hero.)
3.
Labels
to explain some of your Super Hero qualities (use the Text box tool).
You have three
“Super Hero” days to work on your Super Hero drawings.
