6th Grade Extra Credit: Due by Jan 9th: For the dancing final you will dress up. You have the choice to dress formally or as a decade. What decade is this? Answer must be EMAILED for points.

Ms. Wojdyla (woah-dilla) comes to us from the University of Arizona. She just graduated Magna Cum Laude in May from the UA with a BSE in Physical Education with a K-12 endorsement. She is a native Tucsonan and has lived here her whole life. She worked at Wilson last semester as a student teacher for Mrs. Franklin and Coach Romero.

Ms. Wojdyla has been with the Amphi District almost her whole life. She even attended Wilson in 7th and 8th grade! She then went to CDO for a year before switching and graduating in 2004 from Ironwood Ridge High School with its first ever graduating class. While at Ironwood she received letters in volleyball and basketball. Ms. W. still holds a basketball record for most blocks in a game for girls AND boys. She was a member of advanced drama and was IRHS’ 1st student director. She directed the play adaption of The Princess Bride.

Ms. W. works for the Metro YMCA in multiple jobs from child care to member services. She has a cat named Rocky (her sister’s is Rambo—go figure) and loves movies, karaoke, drawing, and reading.

Go Wildcats!
