About the teacher: My undergraduate degree is in Secondary Science Education from the University of Maryland and my masters degree is in Biology from Northern Illinois University. I have taught in Maryland, Mississippi, Texas and Germany and even had a sabatical teaching year at the University of Arizona. This will be my 12th year teaching in the Amphitheater district. My husband is a pilot and an engineer, and we have a son and two daughters.
