Welcome, Holaway Artists and Visitors!
Hello and thank you for stopping by this page!

In the Holaway art room, students learn how to become visual problem solvers. They use their brains to connect the "real world" to school through art. The theme for the 2009-2010 school year will be "community." We will spend our time exploring the unique setting of Holaway and making artwork that relates to its unique sense of community.

We love to show off our work, so keep checking back here for updates!

About Mrs. Graham
I was born and raised in Oklahoma, but moved to sunny Tucson in 2003. In high school, I discovered that I loved art when I took my first sculpture class. I went to college at the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Art (I specialized in photography) with an Art History minor. In 2008, I earned a Master of Arts in Art Education from the University of Arizona. I've been teaching art and media arts since 2007, first in high school, then in elementary school.

In addition to being the art specialist at Holaway, I also supervise the Video Journalism Club, coach the Odyssey of the Mind team, and organize the school's annual spelling bee.
