Oh No, Not Homework!

Chalkboard
As Donaldson Dolphins, we have agreed to follow the rules of

Be Safe
Be Responsible
Be Respectful

In order to be responsible, it is our job to get our homework and in-class assignments done in a timely manner. If we do not do our homework, it is not likely that we will do well on tests and quizzes. Homework is assigned as an extension of the day's learning. New material is never assigned as homework.

If you do not turn in your homework by 8:10 AM the morning it is due, you will receive a zero.

What can I expect each night?
You can expect a math assignment each night of the week except Friday (I try not to give homework on Fridays).

Each night, you are asked to read at least 30 minutes and to annotate this on your reading log

Each Friday, you are given a spelling homework packet. Packet is due by Thursday of that week. On Thursday, you are given an oral spelling quiz on those words.

There will also usually be a social studies or science worksheet 2-3 times per week.
