Policies and Procedures
All assignments shall contain the following heading information in the top left corner of the page. Your full name, period number, date, and the assignment.

To receive full credit your work needs to be neat and submitted on the due date. Deductions will be made for incomplete work. I do not accept late work unless you have an EXCUSED ABSENCE.

If you are absent it is your responsibility to notify the attendance office for it to be excused. You will be provided additional time to complete missing assignments based on the number of days for the EXCUSED ABSENCE.

Missing work will be graded as a ZERO.

You may retake any quiz or test, however, all assignments must be completed first. You may also come for additional tutoring to the Achieve program. There will be an activity bus at 5:45pm to take you home.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Use your Student Planner to record assignments each day.
2. Complete homework assignments and submit your work on the due date. Late work will not be accepted!
3. If you don't understand the assignment, please ask questions or talk to the teacher after class immediately. If you need more help, I will have an after school day for tutoring.
4. Make sure to review your class notes, worksheets and class assignments prior to each quiz or exam.
5. Always be prepared for a pop quiz. Those occur often.
6. Take advantage of extra credit assignments that might be provided.
