I am excited to be here. This is my 9th year of teaching 7th grade math. I have taught for 6 years in Virginia, 1 year in Alabama and 1year here at La Cima. I had such a good time last year, I’m back for more. I love math. My sister also teaches math. My Father teaches Business which uses A LOT of math so it runs in the family. We usually work out math puzzles at the end of the day to wind down.

Skyler and Mikaela Rose
I have two beautiful children who my students will get to know through stories and pictures. Skyler is 5 this year and even though he’s only starting Kindergarten this year, he’s reading on a 2nd grade level. Mikaela Rose will be 4 in November. She’s already acting 12. AACCKK!! They are the light and love of my life! (Math comes a close second.) I also have a FAT (20.5 pounds) cat named Charlie. He’s 7 this year. I also love purple, ice cream and enjoy playing the piano.
