About the Teacher

AMPHI HOME

Assignment 1
I graduated from the University of Arizona. I have been teaching in the Amphitheater School District for the last 13 years. This year I will be teaching Algebra, Pre-Calculus and Geometry. Each student that enters my classroom will have the opportunity to learn new things, share their background and experiences, develop their individual personality and learn to be part of a team that encourages and fosters love and security. In order to create this atmosphere, I would like to work closely with the parents as well as the students. I want you to feel confident that your child is receiving everything s/he needs to reach her/his full potential. I have an open door and you are always welcome to come in and spend time with our class.

To be successful in this class:

  • Use a daily math assignment book to keep track of assignments.

  • 2. Complete your homework daily.
    3. If you don't understand your math assignments, talk to the teacher immediately.
    4. Review the problems and your notes prior to each test.
