| | Contact Ms. Davis | | I am so excited to be at Amphi Middle School! I work with Special Education students. My goal is to support our students in English as well as in their mainstream classes. To that end I have designated Thursdays as "homework help days". This is for catching our students up with homework, or if they are struggling in a class, they can get support. I am in contact with the mainstream teachers and try to keep updated on late, or missing assignments. Of course if there are areas of concern I'm not catching, please be sure to let me know via the link to my e-mail. At the end of the quarter it becomes hectic as problems become apparent, and missing assignments accumulate. I work with the mainstream teachers on modifications needed to help our kids be successful. |

Imagine the cold tundra of Minnesota! I am very excited to be able to ride my bike all year around, to be able to hike in the mountains, and enjoy the swimming pool in December. Yes in Minnesota we get so excited about 40 degrees (in April) that we are ready to jump in the pool! You will see me celebrating in sandals all year long! I love to go mountain biking, and ride my road bike a good 150 miles in a week.
