December book reports are due on december 17. Students read a how to book of their choice. The book can be how to do magic tricks, how to make something. Something along these lines. They must teach the class what they have learned. Check out the book report link for detail on the report.

I love teaching fifth graders at Mesa Verde because Mesa Verde is a great community with teachers, parents and students all working together towards acheivement and success for all. Each student who enters my classroom has the opportunity to learn new things, share their background and experiences,and develop their individuality. To Be Successful in Class: 1. Students should come prepared each day with their homework in their homework folder. 2. All textbooks needed for the day should be at school. 3. Be ready to listen to learn.
