The worksheet above is the August Book Report, please click on the link and print the report out or right click on it and save it to your desktop. If you save it to desktop, you can type the form, print it out and bring in to Mrs. Lantz. ( The lines will disappear as you type, but don't worry about that. The lines are for those people hand writing the report.) |

Read a fiction book or your choice. Choose the activities you want to complete to "make" a bingo. |

December book report
Your turn to teach something!
Read a non-fiction how to do something book. It might be how to care for a turtle, or how to train a puppy, maybe it's how to groom a horse,or even perform a magic trick. Check in the library for ideas! The book will probably be 50-70 pages long. |
