About the teacher

| I am from San Diego, California and have been in Tucson for about four years. This will be my fourth year at Prince Elementary and I'm very excited to teach first grade. I graduated from San Diego State University with both my Bachelor of Arts degree and teaching credential. I have a minor in Educational Technology and I specialized in Child Development. I feel I have a lot to offer our kids because I am always on the look out for new teaching ideas and strategies that will make learning exciting and interactive. I have participated in our districts Educational Technology Grant, Language Arts- Rime and Reason Grant,and Technology Academy Grant. I am very interested in technology and believe it can enhance and provide a rich learning envirnment for our children. I look forward to working together to make this year an incredible learning experience for our children! |
