| | We are the class of 2024. This is the year we will GRADUATE college. It is not just enough to go, but we will graduate, so that we can get the job of our dreams.

Our school supports The University of Wisconsin at Madison. We are the BADGERS! From bug to badger, we have lots of learning to do every day. Here are just some of the things we're doing to get ready for college:
We come to school on time each day.
We work towards meeting and then exceeding our weekly goals for learning (WGLs... "Wiggles"!).
We talk to our parents about our WIGGLES when they do their TAKE FIVE.
We've sure been busy!
* In the last full week of August we met our buddy class, the fifth graders known as the Maryland Terrapins. We LOVE spending time with them and learning!
* On September 1, we learned our school fight song. Ask a badger to sing On Wisconsin! to you.
* We also won the golden apple for Math Challenge, meeting our first class goal on September first! We could not be more proud. Now we need to set a new goal!
* We can't wait for the 2009 NEU kickoff celebrations. It's on September 10 for parents, at 5:30pm, and on September 11 at 1:30pm for students. |
