Testing Tips

Get a good night's sleep.

Eat a healthy breakfast.

Wear comfortable clothes. Bring an extra sweater in case it gets too cold in our classroom.
Testing Tips

Read the directions... If the test says, "Bubble in the correct answer," make sure to bubble in your answer neatly in the correct space provided.

If you don't understand something, rasie your hand so that Mrs. D can explain it to you.

Take your time... since the AIMS DPA tests are untimed, you have plenty of time to read the questions and answers carefully and throughly.

Don't be afraid to skip a question and come back to it. Just don't forget to go back and answer it!!

Check your work. Often students get answers wrong because they make careless mistakes. If you are doing math problems, make sure you just don't do the problem in your head. Write it down and work it out on paper, then check it again!
