Mrs. Murdock's Kindergarten Class!
Welcome to our Kindergarten class. I am so glad to have this opportunity to be your child's teacher this year. One of my goals is to give your child a positive learning experience where he/she can be the best that he/she can be. Together we can achieve that goal. I look foward to a successful year.

All About Me
I have been teaching since 1996. I have taught pre-K through 5th grade in California, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma. I am married and have 2 grown children. I moved to Tucson in 2005 and I love it so much. My interest besides teaching include traveling, reading, cooking, taking daily walks and going to the movies. I have a dog named Maggie. She is an English pointer, which means she loves to hunt for birds. This is my third year teaching Kindergarten at Nash. I love my students and teaching and so I want them to love learning. I expect them to do their best, be kind to others, have good manners, and to be good listeners so that they can learn and be successful kinder students. It is my goal to create a classroom where all children feel welcomed, safe, and are given instruction that follow the state and district standards. I want my students to become life-long learners and I want them to enjoy coming to school everyday. It is my pleasure to be your child's teacher this year. If you have any concerns I can be reached on my voice-mail. The number is 696-6493. Please leave your message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
