About Mrs. Araya
Desk

I have been teaching for over 25 years, 10 were at Prince Elementary and the remainder at La Cima. I am a product of the Amphi school district. I attended Holaway Elementary School, Amphi Junior High, and Amphi High School. I got both my bachelor's degree and master's degree from the University of Arizona.

I have two cats, Harley and Lucy. Harley is the oldest and dumb as a rock; Lucy is young, sweet and quite a busybody. I love them dearly.

My husband also works for the Amphi district. I love him dearly, too.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and traveling, especially to places with an ocean and a beach!

I love La Cima and truly believe it is an outstanding school. We have fabulous teachers, a supportive administration, and incredible students. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
