About Mr. Wenzel

I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Physical Education with course work in kinesiology.
My family and I live in the Amphi district next to River Front Park. My wife Sheri is a paramedic fire fighter. My son Caleb is a freshman at Point Loma Nazarene University. Micah is a freshman at Ironwood Ridge.
I have been teaching in Tucson for 15 years. I have taught Biology, Earth Science, Family Living, and Physical Education. I was employed with the Seattle Mariners Baseball Club as the Bull Pen Catcher from 1989 thru 1991. I also played collegiately at Point Loma Nazarene University. I spend most of my weekends at the soccer field, or watching my son play baseball in San Diego. If by chance the weekend is free, I also paint houses.
I have the best job in the world, and I simply love working at Coronado. Please don't hesitate to call and ask about your child's grade, or ask about sports opportunities that may interest your child.
