About the teacher...
|
I am very happy to be starting my fifth year at Copper Creek Elementary. This will be my 27th year to be teaching children. I have been teaching first grade for the past 15 years in the Amphitheater district. I have also taught in Elgin, Arizona, and San Bernardino, California and Houston, Texas. I am originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. I love living in Tucson with my husband, Larry, and our two adorable cats.
General Information
School hours are 7:55 a.m.-2:25 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tuesday hours are 7:55 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Lunch: 11:40 - 12:25 p.m. Monday - Friday
Cost of Lunch is $2.10
Cost of Milk is $0.50.
Lunch Tickets - If you purchase a lunch ticket for your child, please place your check or money in an envelope which is labeled with your child's name and my name (Mrs. Beaver).
I will keep you informed with our classroom activities by sending a monthly newsletter. My classroom phone number is 696-6821. Please leave me a message on my voice mail and I will return your call as soon as possible. If your message is regarding your child's after school transportation plans, then please call my voice mail by 2:00 p.m that day. You can always send a note with your child that day explaining the change of plans. Otherwise, I will follow the regular departure schedule for your child.
