| 1. The Question |
 |
Wow, Look at the opportunity that we have! |
We have been chosen by the Scripps Institution of Oceanography to present at their next annual conference in April of 2006. The conference topic is looking at the Ocean as an entire system. The institute would like each of you to research the layers of the ocean as well as the animals and plants that live in each layer. You will create a speech, PowerPoint, model, mural, or newspaper headline story that describes how each layer makes up the entire ocean.
